In Australia, everyone is afforded copyright protection as soon as they publish something. This has now extended to information published on the internet.

As much as I'd like to be able, I just cannot collect all the Customs patches out there. As a result, I've been accepting scans of patches I do not have, for inclusion in this web site. I actively acknowledge the source of these patches, however, I may make alterations for inclusion on my web site.

I have spent a great deal of time and effort putting this web page together. It is for all Customs Officers worldwide. Feel free to copy, paste, or edit the images on my web page for your own usage. However, if you must use my "Desktop Wallpaper Customs" theme or Customs Screen Savers, please acknowledge where you obtained them from.

Further, if you wish to use more than 25 of my images, please acknowledge where you have obtained the images from.
